Redwood Court, a spacious modern residence within a private estate. Thomas Homes West Ltd enlisted our expertise for additional works and two extensions in progress. Engaging in detailed discussions with the client, we collaborated to craft unique lighting designs that complement the project. Going beyond conventional approaches, we embraced the Smart Home Route, integrating Control4 technology to elevate the home's intelligence and convenience. This personalized solution showcases our commitment to enhancing both aesthetics and functionality, ensuring Redwood Court stands out as a beacon of modern living.

The specification included:

  • Upgrade consumer units.

  • Installation of Control4 switches and modules.

  • Colour change and single colour DMX Lighting.

  • 5.1 Home Cinema, Monitor Audio speakers and Rel subwoofer.

  • Full IP CCTV system with tripwire alerts and ANPR camera for gate control.

  • Wifi upgrade inside and out.

  • Multi-room Audio inside and out.

  • Heating upgrade using Heatmiser.

  • Grade 2 Texecom Security Alarm

    All the above is integrated into Control4 so one app does all and also voice control.
