Our Process

Stage 1: The Initial e-Meeting

We begin with a free, no-obligation online consultation to understand your project in detail. During this session, we discuss your requirements, explore suitable design options, and provide clear, realistic budget guidance. This ensures everyone is aligned from the outset before any design work begins.

Stage 2: The Design

Following the initial meeting, we produce a comprehensive design package tailored to your project. This includes fully marked-up floor plans, a detailed cable schedule for your onsite electrician, and a clear contractor pack for all relevant trades to follow.

This structured approach ensures a smooth, coordinated installation with no requirement for specialist services to be carried out on site.

Stage 3: The Tweak

We understand that projects evolve. That’s why we include up to three minor design revisions at no additional cost, allowing you to refine the system and ensure it perfectly suits your needs before installation begins.

Stage 4: The Fit-Out

At this stage, your onsite trades carry out all cabling and physical installation using our drawings, schedules, and guidance. We remain fully available throughout the process, maintaining regular communication with your contractors to ensure everything progresses smoothly and in line with the design.

Additional onsite support and services are always available if required.

Stage 5: The Panel Build

This is where our experience truly shows. We design, build, and fully configure your smart home control panel offsite, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency. The completed panel is then delivered to site with clear instructions for connection and power-up by your onsite trades.

At this point, your smart home system is live and operational.

Optional commissioning packages are available, including final connections, full system setup, face-to-face handover, and user training.

Stage 6: Aftercare & Support

Every system includes one months of complimentary aftercare, allowing you to make unlimited small configuration changes to fine-tune the system for your lifestyle.

Beyond this period, we offer competitive maintenance and support packages to ensure your system continues to perform at its best.

Our long-term aftercare services are designed to support you for years to come, including system updates, performance optimisation, and programming changes as your needs naturally evolve.
